PPA265: A Sketch Challenge

I got a new little bow die last week, and made lots of bows in various colors just for fun. They serve as my color chart now. :-)
So when I saw this week's Pals Paper Arts challenge, I couldn't help using one of my favorite color combinations - Soft Sky, Pool Party, and Island Indigo.
And here's my card:

And this is PPA's inspiring sketch.

At first I liked silver glimmer paper for the houses, but after changing background colors a few times, I settled on the Whisper White houses against the Tip Top Taupe background.

Paper: Whisper White, Soft Sky, Pool Party, Island Indigo, Tip Top Taupe
Accessories: Die-namices Vertical Stitched Strips, Die-namics Stitched Square STAX, Sleigh Ride Edgelits, Die-namics Let it Snowflakes, Frosted Sequins, Rhinestone Basic Jewels

  2. I absolutely love the blue panels you've created - and the accent of the row of houses is perfect. What a beautiful card! Thanks for playing along with this week's Pals Paper Arts sketch challenge.

  3. Clean and perfect! I LOVE the snowflakes against the blue panels. However, my favorite part is how you used the houses as the accent for the small panel. The faux stitching really sets everything off! Thanks for playing at Pals Paper Arts this week!
