I saw a very springy bright color combination I liked in Altenew March 2017 Inspiration Challenge, so I thought I should make a card using the color scheme.
Here's the inspirational picture:
Unfortunately, the color of the base card looks gray in the picture, but it's actually more beige-ish gray.
I heat-embossed the images on watercolor paper in clear, die-cut them and colored them with a watercolor brush.
The sentiment was stamped with Versafine ink and heat-embossed in clear.
I'm pretty happy with how the card turned out! :-)
Stamp: Peony Bouquet, Magnolias For Her (Altenew)
Paper: Watercolor paper (140 lb - Strathmore), Sahara Sand (Stampin' Up!)
Ink: Warm Sunshine, Orange Cream, Coral Berry, Ruby Red, Ocean Waves (Altenew), Versafine Onyx Black, VersaMark (Tsukineko)
Accessories: Poeny Bouquet Dies (Altenew), Stitched Rectangles (Simon Says Stamp), Ultra Fine Embossing Powder (Hero Arts - Clear)
Thanks for visiting!
Absolutely beautiful! Love how those flowers pop on the background!
