CAS Christmas June 2026 - Peace & Joy

Hi everyone!

I'm so happy that the CAS Christmas Challenge is back! 😊

Here's my bird card:

I realized that I have very few Christmas bird stamps or dies, so I decided to make the best use of a small dove die I have.

I die-cut a dove five times from masking paper, and arranged the masks as if they were flying across the sky. I then softly ink-blended the sky over the masked doves with a blending brush. The frame and the sentiment were gold-foiled.

Looking forward to seeing your Christmas birds in the gallary!

Thanks for visiting me today!

Ink: Distress Oxide Ink (Tumbled Glass, Salvaged Patina - Ranger)
Paper: Basic White (Stampin' Up!)
Others: Dove Die (Momenta Art-C), Masking Magic (Gina K), Glimmer Hot Foil Plate (Scalloped Rectangle - Spellbinders, Perfect Sentiment Holiday - Pinkfresh Studio), Glimmer Foil (Aura - Spellbinders), Connect Glue (Gina K)

  2. Your card is so lovely, Hideko. I love how you've used your dove die in a different way to create the masks and sponged the soft turquoise overtop. So pretty!! The gold foiled frame and sentiment add some lovely shine to your design. Thanks for joining us at CAS Christmas! Love, Loll
