This week's Pals Paper Arts color challenge presents beautiful soft fall colors.
So my first plan was to create something fall-ish. After playing with a few ideas, I changed my mind. I thought it would be fun to make a card having nothing to do with fall but with the fall colors.
Here's my card:
I heat-embossed the background stamp image on the color panels.
I coated the daisies with Glossy Accents.
Stamp: A World of Thanks
Paper: Hello Honey, Old Olive, Soft Suede
Ink: VersaMark
Accessories: Die-namics Horizontal Stitched Stripes, Die-namics Upsy-Daisy, Embossing Powder (white), Glossy Accents
Thanks for visiting me!
It's VERY Fallish! Love the technique you used with the blocks of color. Thank you for sharing your card with us this week at Pals Paper Arts!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your sweet comment, Peggy! I think the white-embossing against the blocks of color gave a kind of chalky effect to the card.
DeleteFantastic job on this stamp! I love how you have color blocked them and the flowers are fab.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the sweetness, Lynn! I want to use this stamp more often, so I need to think of more ways to use it. :-)
DeleteThis card has enabled me! Must have the stamp to CASE your card. LOL
ReplyDeleteEnjoy using the stamp! :-)
