I was inspired by the Pals Paper Arts' sketch challenge, and the Paper Players' clean-and-simple challenge (leaves).
I tried an embossing resist technique for the first time, and I liked it very much.

I so love these colors!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jacqueline! They're warm and pretty colors, aren't they?
DeleteThis is gorgeous! Love the white leaves on the pretty colors, and the way you did the sentiment. Well done! Thanks for joining us at Pals Paper Arts.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet comment, Michelle! It took me a pretty long time to choose the sentiment - the right size (length), and the font which match the design of the card.
DeleteBeautiful card and if she likes pink she'll love this! The emboss resist was perfect for those leaves. It reminds me of a fall sunset! Thank so much for sharing with us at the Pals Paper Arts this week!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your kind comment, Dawn! I thought about a title of this card, but I couldn't think of anything good, so went with no title. I should have titled this card "Fall Sunset"! ;-P
DeleteThese leaves are perfect for your resist technique! Very pretty sketch too! So happy that you shared this with us at the Players this week!
