PP279: A Sketch Challenge

When I saw The Paper Players' sketch challenge this week, I thought this was a perfect opportunity to use the stamps I bought recently - YOU=AWESOME, ME=GRATEFUL.

Here's my take:

The font style is playful instead of elegant, so I made the card look rural by sponging the rim of the panel, and using burlap ribbon, flowers & leaves.

Stamp: Me = Grateful, Botanical Blooms
Paper: Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Calypso Coral, So Saffron, Strawberry Slush, Wild Wasabi, Certainly Celery, Soft Suede
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery, Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral
Accessories:
Botanical Builder Framelits Dies, 1-1/4" Burlap Ribbon, Tiny Wave Stampin' Trimmer Rotary Cutting Blade, Mini Glue Dots, Pearl Basic Jewels, Stamping sponges, Dimentionals

    1. Thanks so much, Joanne! I cut the banners straight at first, but the clean straight lines didn't go well with the other elements, so I used the leaf dies and tiny wavy cutting blade.
